Sustainability & Universal Design Strategy
At M Moser, I led and contributed to projects that integrated sustainability, wellness, and inclusive design across global workplaces and adaptive reuse projects. My work combined research, strategy, and hands-on implementation—helping clients achieve LEED, WELL, and other certifications while embedding universal design principles to create spaces that are accessible, equitable, and user-centered.
From developing firm-wide frameworks to shaping design strategies for high-profile clients these projects highlight my approach: translating complex ESG and accessibility goals into actionable, measurable, and meaningful outcomes for both people and the planet.

2022-2025
Universal Design Assessment & Strategy
Led a comprehensive Universal Design assessment for a large-scale corporate headquarters, applying the KIND (Keys to Inclusive and Neurodiverse Design) framework to evaluate accessibility, inclusion, and user experience across the space. Conducted site analysis, stakeholder engagement, and post-occupancy assessment to inform actionable strategies for spatial equity, accessibility, and inclusive workplace design.
Key contributions included integrating qualitative data into a unified strategic report, developing tiered recommendations based on impact and feasibility, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to support implementation and certification objectives. The project delivered a data-informed roadmap for near-term improvements and long-term inclusivity in workplace environments.
2021-2025
LEED & WELL Consulting
Led sustainability and wellness initiatives across high-profile workplace projects, targeting LEED and WELL certifications. Working with project teams from project onset to set KPIs and project goals in alignment with certifications, and sometimes adapting existing designs in late-stage development to integrate high-impact sustainability strategies, optimize performance, and ensure compliance with targets.
Key contributions included facilitating workshops on materials and sustainability strategy, reviewing design documentation for compliance, coordinating across design and construction teams, and developing feasibility studies and cost analyses to inform decision-making. Contributed to over a dozen projects and led more than 5, successfully aligning certification objectives with design integrity and tight delivery timelines.

2021-2023
M Moser KIND
(Keys to Inclusive and Neurodiverse Design)
I led the research and development of a firm-wide Universal Design framework, focused on accessibility, neurodiversity, and social impact in workplace environments. This included creating internal education materials, designing tracking tools for project progress, and developing a scalable approach for implementing Universal Design assessments across diverse projects.
Key contributions included piloting the framework on multiple large-scale workplace and office renovation projects, collaborating with global design teams to integrate sensory mapping and accessibility features, and establishing project-specific KPIs to measure design impact. This work not only guided day-to-day design decisions but also helped embed a culture of inclusivity and equity throughout the organization.
2021-2022
ESG Aligned Strategy
I led the research and development of a global framework to integrate sustainability and social impact into workplace design, aligning design strategies with client ESG targets. This included researching ESG reporting standards, translating abstract goals into actionable design tactics, and developing internal education materials to guide project teams.
Key contributions included embedding the framework across global offices, informing proposals and project strategies, and enhancing the firm’s sustainability consulting offerings. The approach enabled design teams to connect environmental, social, and governance priorities directly to spatial strategies, creating measurable impact across diverse workplace projects.
